Green Light was founded by Mary-Jane Kingsland in 2006 to meet the daily demands we face in the workplace. It offers a bespoke and professional approach to career management.
As a result of her own long experience as a Family Lawyer and her subsequent studies Mary-Jane Kingsland, M.A.,M.A.C, founded Green Light and continues, with the help of others, to offer advice and support to individuals and companies to facilitate the business of work.

Through a bespoke application of coaching techniques, a structured programme and an informed focus, employees, employers and the self-employed can structure their environment and maximise upon their opportunities.

Green Light is proud to be associated with Project Evolve. Funded by the Higher Eduction Funding Council for England, this programme offers a mentoring initiative: connecting sole traders and owners of small to medium sized businesses with experienced business mentors.
