Business Mentoring

Business Mentoring is in short; a professional, supportive intervention, which targets your business development objectives. It differs from coaching as it requires the mentor to have a degree of expertise, business know how, knowledge and a network of helpful contacts.

Mentoring can focus upon the development of a business, as well as the development of an individual and is usually a strategic combination of both.

A good mentor will help you think through your options and encourage more effective thinking styles.

Mentors hold a position of absolute trust and a good mentor match is always advisable.
